Bokken and Shinai

Escrimas

· Escrima sticks are usually 26-28" and are also called Kali, Arnis or Martial Arts sticks.
· Escrima sticks made of harder materials (like polycarbonate or labsica) last longer but impact with more force that a softer stick.
· A foam Escrima is softer, which lessens the risk of injury if you strike a sparring partner.

· To select the correct size sai for you measure from the end of your middle finger to your elbow and select the sai that is closest to that length.
· The sai is highly effective in defenses against sword attacks.
