Why doesn't KarateKorner.com backorder any products?
KarateKorner.com strives to offer the highest quality martial arts merchandise at the lowest prices on the Internet. That said, we are trying to run a lean online store front. Tracking each and every backorder takes a lot of time, which means more overhead, which means higher prices. You don't want higher prices right? Plus, there is no guarantee that we'll get any of the products back in stock. We would not feel right about holding onto your money without getting the goods to you ASAP.
Once an order is placed, we will review your order and automatically credit your account on all items that are back ordered, discontinued or illegal to ship to your state.
If you have any questions on a product's availability please email us at support@karatekorner.com. We'll contact our vendor and check the item's availability.
If you have not yet received your order...
Orders placed over the internet usually ship within two business days. Most of our orders ship via UPS Ground. Please allow for weekend delays as business days only are calculated in this calculation. (This could delay the arrival of your package by up to two days.)
If you have received a partial shipment...
Your order may sometimes ship from multiple warehouses using different services. Therefore, it may take a few days for the complete order to be delivered.
If you would like to cancel an order after receiving email confirmation...
If you would like to cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@karatekorner.com. We will be happy to cancel your order provide that it has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order. Therefore, you may only have up to 1 hour after you place your order to make a change before we ship the order.
If you have any questions about a charge appearing on your credit card account...
KarateKorner.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to KarateKorner.com. Accounts are usually charged within 24 to 48 hours. If the order, for some reason, did not go through or is canceled, the authorization will be cleared off of your account. The average time is 3-5 days, depending on your banks' policy. All charges will read as 'KarateKorner LLC' on your credit card statement.
If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order...
With each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation, the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. If there are charges against your account, please email us at support@karatekorner.com
If you have any questions about our shipping procedures...
UPS is KarateKorner.com's carrier of choice. Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will usually ship that day pending proper authorization. (During the holiday season, orders may take up to two business days to ship.) Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipping to California may take up to 7 to 10 business days. KarateKorner.com only ships and delivers on weekdays. You can click here for additional shipping information.
If you have any questions regarding our Shipping Costs...
To get the shipping cost, simply add the items to you cart and the shipping total will automatically be calculated during checkout. Please be advised that we ship via UPS in most cases. KarateKorner.com has chosen UPS because we have found that the service and reliability is worth the difference in price. If the web site is calculating an unusually high shipping rate in comparison to the amount or type of items that you are ordering, you can call email us directly at support@karatekorner.com.
Do we ship internationally?
At the current time, KarateKorner.com does not ship outside of the United States. There are NO exceptions.
Do we accept purchase orders, money orders or personal checks?
At the current time, KarateKorner.com does not accept purchase orders, money orders or personal checks as a form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards only.
What are the advantages of registering?
Online account registering makes online shopping safe and easy. An online account is a profile of information about you that is stored on our secure servers. It can only be accessed by entering your user name and password. An online account makes it easy to place orders because it eliminates the need to re-key your shipping, billing, other account information each time you place an order. Online accounts also enable you to check the status of any order you place with KarateKorner.com.
Is my order subject to state sales tax?
Only orders shipped to New Jersey addresses are subject to state sales tax.
Do we ship to A.P.O. addresses?
Sorry, at this time we are not accepting A.P.O. orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a "https://" at the beginning of the URL and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom right corner of the window.

KarateKorner.com Limited Replacement Warranty:
KarateKorner.com warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. KarateKorner.com's liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to KarateKorner.com in this 90-day period.
KarateKorner.com's Limited One-Year Warranty:
KarateKorner.com warrants the Century Wavemaster (all versions), and Century Kid Kick Portable (all versions), to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. KarateKorner.com's liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to KarateKorner.com.com within this one-year period.
KarateKorner.com's Limited Lifetime Warranty:
KarateKorner.com warrants the Century Wave Bag, all Century Heavy Training Bags, and Century Kid Kick Training Bags to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the bag. If one of these products ever wears out return it prepaid to KarateKorner.com for free repair or replacement, excluding shipping and handling.
