These 13 stages are performed with daily practice. Each stage builds the Chi (internal energy) within the body to develop powerful strikes and a healthy body. Breathing exercises, meditation, applying dit da jow (herbal lineament), striking the palm bag and more are demonstrated with detailed instruction.
