Customer Service > Return Policy No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, videos, dvds, cds, used or worn merchandise, jocks, groin protectors, mouth guards or discontinued products. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by KarateKorner.com (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your order's delivery date. You changed your mind and the manufacturer's box is unopened. To return a product/package to KarateKorner.com you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by emailing us at support@karatekorner.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. In your email, we'll need the following information to authorize your return: Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned or exchanged items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to KarateKorner.com on returned or exchanged items. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment (with a tracking number) in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Please remember to write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Also, make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
