General Information on Shipping
We ship by UPS whenever possible. UPS is generally faster than U.S. Postal Mail; however, someone should (but not always) be home to sign for the merchandise upon delivery. If you are not there the first day, UPS will try to deliver during the next 2 days. After that time, it will be up to you to contact UPS for a delivery arrangement. If you require delivery without a signature, please let us know by filling in the 'Order Comments' field during the checkout process. We do not offer UPS's Saturday delivery, as it is prohibitively expensive.
Alaska and Hawaii orders add $10.00 to our flat shipping rate. (Note: Almost all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Airmail.) Additional shipping charges may apply to some of our large/bulky products. Email email@example.com for an estimate of shipping charges.
When can you expect delivery?
Packages that are shipped standard should arrive at your door within 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipping to California may take up to 7 to 10 business days. If you do not receive anything within 2 weeks (10 business days), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most major holidays. To check on your order, our customer service representative will need the date of your order, your order number, the items ordered, the total amount and the form of payment.
