| Punching Bags · All bags are filled with foam mixtures. They are easier on the hands than the old sand-filled bags. · The Everlast Bag Stand allows you to hang a heavy bag without mounting it to the ceiling. · Bag Gloves provide additional protection for you and the bag. |
Focus Gloves · Focus targets are small targets, usually held by a partner or instructor that help you develop your accuracy. · We recommend only purchasing quality targets (ProForce, Macho or Everlast) as cheaper targets will often rip quickly. · Makiwara boards, iron palm bags and kime bags are used to toughen the hand, knuckles and fingers. |
Foam Shields · Body shields are usually held by a partner or instructor and allows you to practice your strikes at full force without injuring your partner. · We only sell foam shields from ProForce since cheaper targets will often tear easily. · The ProForce Air Shield has a concave shape so you can safely catch slightly upward or downward strikes. |

| Standing Bags · The base and center tubes of Wavemasters are filled with water or sand. · For a more realistic target, consider the BOB - Body Opponent Bag. · Don't wear shoes when kicking standing bags. Kicking without shoes helps in preventing the ripping/tearing of the outside of the bag. |
Exercise Equipment · Strength and conditioning improvements create superior martial arts performances. · The Eagle Catcher strengthens the hands and fingers, increasing grip strength. · Medicine Balls are use to strengthen the abdominal muscles, the power behind any twisting motion. |
Leg Stretchers · Most mechanical leg stretchers allow you to stretch from 0 to 180 degrees. · Daily leg stretching increases flexibility and range of motion. · The Proforce Stretchmaster Leg Stretcher features a heavy-duty tubular steel construction and multiple position high-density thigh pads for added comfort. |
